For the past two to three years, Chrysler brand sales have been on the up and up. And the most recent month that sales reports are in for, July 2013, is no different. Well actually it is a little different than other sales months, as the Chrysler group has recorded is best July sales numbers in the past six years when considering all the brands under the Chrysler umbrella.
Chrysler Group reported national sales totals of 140,102 units across the US in July, a figure which represents an 11 percent increase in sales when compared to the same time period from 2012. This means that the auto group has now posted 40-straight months of sales improvements, something that is not only a good business indicator for the company, but a positive indicator for the economy as a whole as well.
Some models that have been selling particularly well are the Chrysler 300, which has also been a particularly popular model here at our own Avondale, AZ showroom. The model posted remarkably its best single-month sales numbers since 2008!
Chrysler models have also been winning some highly coveted industry awards as well, as the Town & Country minivan model was recently named the highest-ranking minivan in the J.D. Power & Associates annual Initial Quality Study.
